### 🔴 Bugs Fixed
- **Bug 1: `ward_name` Accessed on Admission**: Path corrected (`bed.ward.name`).
- **Bug 2: `full_name` SQL Search**: Replaced with `first_name` and `last_name` search.
- **Bug 3: `insurance_validity` Cast**: Added to `Patient` model casts.
- **Bug 4: AutoLogin Security**: Added `app()->isLocal()` environment guard.
- **Bug 5: OpdBooking Doctor Select**: Extraction to `autoSelectDoctor()` method called after reset.
- **Bug 6: DoctorList Filter**: Added toggle for inactive doctors.

### 🟡 Features Implemented
- **Feature 1: Enhanced Reports**: Added central report selector and new reports (Visits, Outstanding Dues).
- **Feature 4: Webhook UI**: `consultation.completed` accurately exposed in settings.
- **Feature 5: PDF Generation**: Integrated `barryvdh/laravel-dompdf` and added `PdfService` for server-side generation.
- **Feature 7: Global Search**: Implemented `GlobalSearch` Livewire component in the top navigation.
- **Feature 8: Patient Notifications**: Dispatching `AppointmentBooked` events with notification listeners.
- **Gap 1 & 2: Webhook Security & Queuing**: HMAC verification enabled for inbound; outbound dispatcher moved to async queue.

### Feature 6. No Appointment Action from Doctor Side
- **Issue**: Doctors should be able to Cancel or Reschedule from their own management desk.

### Gap 3. No Test Coverage
- **Issue**: Zero feature/unit tests in `tests/` directory.

- **Issue**: Verify `routes/console.php` registration.
